Beginners: or people who want to learn technique and get into shape.
Amateur: For people who already swim twice a week, but are looking for a more challenging workout.
Experienced: For people who are swimming with a particular goal in mind and want a customized training plan. i.e. triathlons or swimming events.
Triathletes: Preparing you for swimming leg of the race based on your distance goal: Sprint, Olympic, Half Iron-man, and Iron-man.
Technique classes and clinics: Available for groups ( min 3, max 5 ).
New kids private and semiprivate Swimming lessons:
Age 2-3 years old: Monday Wednesday and Fridays or Tuesday and Thursday. Duration (30 minutes)
Age 4-6 years old: Monday Wednesday and Fridays or Tuesday and Thursday. Duration (30 minutes)
Age 7-10 years old: Monday Wednesday and Fridays or Tuesday and Thursday. Duration (45 minutes)
